What we collect when you contact us, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
CN LinkLight (the "site") is an independent medical concierge coordination service based in Guangzhou, China. We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical care. For the purposes of the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and China's Personal Information Protection Law, we are the controller of the personal data described below.
Only what you choose to send us, plus basic technical information needed to serve the page. Specifically: your name, your country of residence, a WhatsApp or telephone number, an email address if you give one, the service you are interested in, and whatever you type into the free-text field. We also receive the language you were browsing in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of access).
Health information is sensitive personal data under both Indonesian and Chinese law, and it receives stricter protection. We ask you not to send diagnoses, test results or medical records through the website form. If you do send them, we treat them as sensitive data, use them only to coordinate your enquiry, and do not publish them.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
We use your data to answer your enquiry, to coordinate with the hospitals and service partners involved in your case, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give explicitly by ticking the box on the contact form, plus the performance of the service you asked for.
Only the parties needed to deliver what you asked for: the hospital or hospitals relevant to your case, our service partner in Guangzhou for ground arrangements, and our form-handling and hosting providers. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a service operated in the United States, which means your enquiry is transferred outside Indonesia and China for that step. Where required, we rely on your explicit consent for that transfer. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to an actual trip are kept for as long as needed to support you and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete earlier — see the next section.
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Write to the email address below and we will respond within 14 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
The site stores your language preference in your browser so it survives a page change. It sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. If measurement is enabled in future, this page will list it before it goes live, and it will be configured without cross-site profiling.
