What we do, what we do not do, who is responsible for medical care, and how a coordination agreement works.
CN LinkLight is an independent medical concierge coordination service in Guangzhou, China. We help international patients understand the options available in Guangzhou, arrange appointments and interpretation, and coordinate travel and accommodation around treatment.
All clinical decisions — whether to accept a case, the diagnosis, the treatment plan, the cost and the outcome — belong to the licensed hospital and its clinicians. CN LinkLight coordinates logistics and communication. Any medical service agreement you enter into is with the hospital, not with us. If something in this site's wording appears to promise a result, this clause prevails: we promise coordination, not cure.
We aim to keep hospital descriptions, specialty summaries and figures accurate and current, but they are general information, not a quotation or an offer. Hospital capability, available departments and equipment change. Figures are drawn from public institutional information and are stated as published; they are not a prediction of your individual case. Nothing here replaces an assessment by a qualified clinician who has your records.
You agree to give accurate information, to hold a valid passport and any visa required for your nationality, to disclose relevant medical history to the treating hospital, and to follow that hospital's instructions. You are responsible for your own travel insurance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our coordination fee, if any, is quoted to you in writing before any work begins, and the scope is stated in that quotation. Hospital fees are billed by the hospital and are separate. We do not take payment for medical treatment itself. Prices shown on this site, where any appear, are indicative ranges and not a binding quote.
Appointment and travel arrangements are subject to the cancellation terms of the hospital, airline and accommodation provider concerned. Our own coordination fee is refundable in proportion to work not yet performed. If a hospital declines your case, we will say so promptly and refund any coordination fee not yet earned.
Any visa or visa-free transit information published on this site is general guidance for the traveller to act on personally. We do not provide paid visa application services, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee that any immigration authority will grant entry. Border decisions rest with the authorities alone. Always confirm the current rules with the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate before booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the courts of Guangzhou. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Questions about these terms:
